Landis Homes is one of the first builders in the Louisville area to earn a Certified Green Professional designation by the National Association of Home Builders. We built the first home in the Louisville area to be certified by the NAHB's Green Building Program, and 100% of the homes we currently build are inspected during and after construction by an independent Home Energy Rater.
