I stopped in and they got me in without an appointment. I didn't get the name of the young gentleman who helped me, but he was wonderful. The receptionist was very helpful as she showed me how to change something in my hearing aid. The gentleman had an appointment come in before he could adjust my hearing aid so I waited just ten minutes. I asked him to "turn" up my hearing aid. He checked my settings on a computer and adjusted it to my satisfaction. I mentioned I thought you could adjust your hearing yourself. He then changed something on the hearing aid so I was able to do that!

My hearing aids have allowed me to hear things that I haven't for years. I can hear my cats purring, I can hear the oven timer go off from another room, I can hear the train whistle from the top of the hill. There are so many little things we forget about! Being able to join in on conversations with family and friends instead of trying to figure out what was being said. Everyone at the office was very helpful to set me up with hearing aids that worked best for me.

Bought a pair of Starkey hearing aids from this place several years back and I couldn't even pass a. DOT physical with them so I bought a set off of eBay for $60 that I could pass the dot exam with told him I wasn't very happy with these hearing aids during my whole five six years that I've had them so now this year they neglected to send out renewal notices on the insurance on them said they called on the phone this year but there was no message on my phone that my hearing aids were up for renewal so now I have a dead hearing aid and they wont do anything about it so if you want a quality hearing

The hearing aid I got from Audibel Solutions wasn't working proper. I brought it in to have it be worked on it. I thought it was going to have to get shipped out to get fixed. I seen the Dr. at the office yesterday and he was able to fix it for me with no problems!!! It was covered by insurance! whew. :). Therefore I didn't have to have it shipped out to be fixed!! ALRIGHT!
He also informed me that the hearing aid I had been using from another company in the past, was the reason why the earpiece kept coming off into my ear, because they don't have the kind of earbuds meant for that type of hearing
