Jim was extremely professional and thorough. He explained everything he was doing in great detail so I could understand exactly what I was I paying for. He made it to my house before Thanksgiving so we didn't have to wait. Thanks to Jim we can finally do laundry. He unclogged our drain pipe from our washer. We will be calling him from now on for our plumbing needs! I highly recommend him too anyone that wants to get things done the RIGHT way.

Jim was outstanding. He replaced and improved the irrigation system back flow preventer. He communicated throughout the entire process. He handled all the permitting and scheduled the inspection. He also secured the whole new installation and listened to my desire to make winterizing easier than previously done. He hit the winterizing request out of the park. Jims experience paid off in spades!! He was great with the dogs as well!!!
