David came to to our home and quickly diagnosed the issues with our 20 year old tub. He was able to discuss pricing and options. There was never any pressure to buy anything and he didn't try to upsell us either. In the long run it was decided it would be better to look into a possible replacement versus continued long term repairs. Thanks David.

The in-store staff was very friendly and educated us on the various features and options. Our new hot tub was recently delivered. The three gentlemen that delivered it were courteous and did a great job getting it inside our pool cage, setting it up and explaining how to operate it. Thanks to everyone at Legacy!

We can't be more happy with the Vita Spa that we purchased from Legacy! Johnny made the entire process so stress free from the time we walked in to the showroom to the time the installation was complete. I would with out a doubt recommend Legacy!

This store took a 1000 dollar deposit but cant (won't) deliver the product and wont refund the deposit. They initially claimed our deposit was fully refundable and now changed their tune and point to the fine print. Still no firm commitment Shady business. They also pay $25 for positive reviews in store credit that shouldve been my first clue.
**Edit** - See below they also describe customers with legitimate solvable complaints as liars and unethical. I'll followup with the BBB, Ripoff Report, and the rest of those places where these poor reviews are not covered up with Astroturf.

We had our control panel on our hot tub go down. We called our old repairman and he no longer does repair work in our area. He recommended Legacy and we called them. They scheduled a repairman to come the next day. He was prompt and knowledgeable about the necessary repair. Service was excellent and I am happy to recommend Legacy.
