He came out right away, gave me an estimate soon after, then came out and did the job the next day once I gave him approval. He did a great job too. Moldman was started in 2006 in Chicago, Illinois when our founder had a really bad experience with another mold company. He felt there had to be a better way and wanted to help others avoid what he just went through. Mike from Moldman assured me the discoloring was from minerals due to condensation getting in the room and that, by EPA standards, I could safely clean the area myself. He gave advice on the best way to clean the area and remove the staining. Very honest and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them.
