The staff relates to the patient’s needs and try to help you identify the best solution for your condition. My mother lost total hearing on her right ear and could hardly hear anything on the left one. We were scared about her quality of life from now on. They gave us hope, selected the appropriate hearing aids and my mom is happy again . She can listen to any music or audio programs, talk on the phone and enjoy conversations. I have to say how impressed I was with this office! So much so, i want my husband to change doctors. From the very personable receptionist to Carrie, the hearing specialist, a most positive experience. I didn't wait long for my appointment. Carrie is a straight shooter and very easy to understand. She takes all the time needed to answer questions - she listens! I highly recommend this office and will definitely be a return client.

I have had a great experience with the Hearing Center and Carrie has really been wonderful in helping me and talking to me and explaining what my hearing aides will do for me as I have one ear that my hearing is very bad.
