Worked with extremely professional service dispatch and technicians at Anderson Heating on our A/C Unit issue (worn capacitor). Staff and technician were knowledgeable in diagnosis and repair of a/c unit. I look forward to working with the sales team on a new more efficient system this summer. Initially had Anderson out last summer to replace Furnace and A/C. The A/C failed and after 20 years thought we would do both at once. They did a great job, competitive price, and communicated throughout the project and cleaned up after they were done. We were so impressed that we had them out today to replace our garage heater. Same great service. Highly recommend them!

I had a several dealings with this company and neither one was very pleasant. The gentleman who worked on my equipment was nice, and professional, but trying to get service scheduled was like pulling teeth each time with a variety of issues. It's unfortunate there aren't more businesses nearby that appreciate their customers and the business they bring. I am generally very respectful and very courteous when dealing with companies who I want to work on my equipment, as there is no reason not to be, but it seems far too often I don't get the same respect in return. I'm hoping I'll not have to do
