Sammy arrived to clean our carpets on time and was professional throughout the entire encounter. We hired EverClean to service carpet in our new home upon our move-in. Sammy promptly identified several areas of pet urine on the carpet and was able to spot treat them in addition to the deep clean of all the carpets.
