Jul 19, 2020 Report
The fact that a Rural employee was rude to my wife on the phone is the least of their problems. We called them last winter to empty our septic tank. They came and said they could not find the tank cap because of the snow and said they would come back and empty it in the Spring, but asked that we pay in advance, which we did ($163).
