Mold Remediation
Our mold remediation service addresses infestations using advanced containment and patented Signature Fog technology. Certified technicians identify moisture sources, remove contaminated materials, and apply EPA-approved disinfectants. The process ensures 99.99% elimination of mold spores, bacteria, and viruses while minimizing structural damage. Clients receive a one-year guarantee with third-party lab verification.
Water Damage Restoration
Water damage restoration includes rapid extraction, drying, and sanitization to prevent mold growth. Our team uses industrial equipment to remove standing water and moisture from walls, flooring, and HVAC systems. The process integrates antimicrobial treatments and air quality testing to restore properties safely after floods, storms, or plumbing failures.
Signature Fog Sanitization
Signature Fog Sanitization fills spaces with EPA-registered disinfectant mist to eliminate pathogens on all surfaces. The non-toxic fog reaches cracks, vents, and upholstery without residue, making it ideal for post-mold remediation or routine sanitization. Treatments take 30-60 minutes, allowing immediate reoccupation of homes, offices, and healthcare facilities.
Pathogen Removal
Pathogen removal targets viruses, bacteria, and fungi using hospital-grade disinfectants and HEPA filtration. Our technicians follow strict containment protocols to prevent cross-contamination during remediation. Services address outbreaks in residential, commercial, and institutional settings, ensuring compliance with health regulations and restoring safe indoor environments.
Odor Removal
Odor removal services neutralize persistent smells from mold, smoke, or water damage using molecular oxidation. The Signature Fog system permeates porous materials to destroy odor-causing compounds rather than masking them. Clients benefit from long-lasting freshness without chemical residues, suitable for homes, vehicles, and commercial spaces.
Questions
What's the difference between mold removal and remediation?
Mold removal focuses on eliminating visible growth, while remediation addresses root causes like moisture sources and prevents recurrence through structural repairs and sanitization.
How does Mold Zero approach mold mitigation?
We use patented Signature Fog technology to treat entire spaces, combined with physical removal of damaged materials and moisture control solutions for lasting results.
What does a mold inspection involve?
Inspections use moisture meters and thermal imaging to identify hidden growth, followed by lab testing to determine mold types and contamination extent.
What is black mold and why is it dangerous?
Black mold (Stachybotrys chartarum) produces mycotoxins that cause respiratory issues and structural damage. We safely eliminate it using EPA-approved, non-invasive methods.
Does insurance cover mold removal services?
Coverage varies by policy, but we work with insurers and provide documentation to support claims for storm-related or water damage incidents.
Can mold return after removal?
Proper remediation prevents regrowth by eliminating moisture sources. Our one-year guarantee includes follow-up testing to ensure continued mold-free environments.

We used Mold Zero for our rental property. Brenden from Mold Zero did our inspection and explained the process in great detail. The staff that showed up to complete the fogging process was an hour late and forgot one of the machines to complete the job. They came back the next day to finish it. The last step was to use an Air purifier, which they leave for two days and were supposed to pick it up. It has been about 2 weeks and we still have the air purifier. Mold Zero is struggling when it comes to communication and scheduling. I wouldnt recommend this service to anyone.

Mold Zero has been a great help over the past few months. They come to your house and walk you through the process and go over the major things that you need to know. Their Insurance team, specifically Olivia has been great as well and goes into depth of whats currently happening and how to move forward. Although I hope I never have to deal with mold again, they will be at the top of my list if I need some help.
