I can't comment on the work they do as I've never used them, but I have worked on their vac trucks in the past for the company I work for. I'm writing this review to say thank you to all the company drivers for moving over or slowing down when I'm out running down the shoulder of the back roads of Midland. This is one of the company trucks I see constantly on my runs that actually move over or slow down unlike all the other idiot drivers screwing around on their phones and not paying attention.

Called and let them know I had a clog in the line outside and also a leak from the sewage pipe just outside house that needed to be repaired. A nice young man was sent out and he tried to unclog but couldn't and he said owner would have to give estimate and repair line. Had this been my only septic tank and bathroom in house, I'd be screwed because young man said if owner doesn't call me within a week, to call them. So I spent $200 for the young man to pull my toilet up and try to unclog a drain and I was still left with nothing fixed and no call from anyone else for an estimate to repair. The

RJ was excellent. He was very professional, and able to fix our issues quickly. Also, being immunocompromised and pregnant, I was very pleased to see him wear a mask and gloves while here. I am very happy with the service and will definitely call them again if I have future issues!

When Midland flooded a few years back, this company charged my parents double what it should have cost to clean out their weep tile. Be aware that they take advantage of the elderly and those in need. I will never use them again.

Horrible customer service! Had an appointment time from 1:00 - 2:00 PM. No technician showed and no call to say they would not be coming. Called their office at 2:15 PM to see where technician was and was informed that there was an emergency at one of the restaurants in town so they were too busy to make my appointment time or to call and let me know they would be late....as if my time was of no value to them. Would not recommend this company or utilize their services again. Would give them no stars if possible.
