The entire TAKK team is outstanding. They added an entirely new bathroom and two closets in order to turn my loft space into a master suite. The entire project looks as if it was always a part of the space. Each detail received professional attention right down to the matching of hardware. I fully recommend Tom and his crew-from the office staff to construction, plumbing, painting, and tiling. Thank you to everyone involved.

These guys are great! I needed a new roof in the middle of the winter. They worked around the weather (snow), worked with my homeowners insurance company to show proof of the installation of the new roof, and it looks great!! I need a lot more improvements done and have no hesitation to continue with TAKK. I feel fortunate that they have time for me. I highly recommend them!!

HIGHLY recommend. I was the designer on a new build in Lavallette that hit smack in the middle of the pandemic. House was due to be complete May 31, 2020. Tom and his dedicated team stopped at nothing to get the project done on-time in a frequently-changing work environment and all the while treated everyone on the team with grace and kindness. They took on every last-minute request with a smile and a can-do attitude and I think in the end turned the house over only a handful of days off-schedule, which is a feat in ANY construction project let alone one happening when the world is upside down

In January of 2019 my husband and I lost our home in a house fire. It was a complete loss. We are a young couple and never thought that we would be put in a position to be building our home, essentially from the ground up. Its scary to find a builder who you can trust. Luckily, we didnt have to look far. I knew Tom, the CEO, and of his company for years before the fire happened. When you see his work you think you can only dream he can work for you. But all you have to do is reach out, and TAKK makes it a reality. Not only is his work immaculate but himself and the team are exceptional. With

We recently had the pleasure of working with Tom and the entire TAKK staff for our complete kitchen remodel. Toms passion for his work is evident by his thoroughness and his attention to detail. His knowledge and professionalism throughout the project helped eliminate stress and made us feel comfortable throughout the duration. From the very first phone call and meeting, to putting the finishing touches and cleaning, we had a wonderful experience. He was able to take our vision and see it through exactly as we pictured. We are pleased to say that our project stayed within the budget and was

Before TS Sandy hit, my husband and I talked to Tom about adding an addition to our house, but after she dumped 5+ feet of water in our yard, we needed it raised and renovated, too. I think we lucked out when we hired Tom and his crew.
Tom was well versed in FEMA requirements so we had no stress over the footings, foundation, etc. There were a few problems with the architects drawings, but Tom offered great solutions for them, and he also offered suggestions for improving the design and layout, little things like changing round columns into square ones, making the linen closet smaller so the
