Jesse came out the day our heater went out. No other companies would. He was professional and knowledgable. He replaced the motor and got our heater running great in just a few hours. I'm greatful because it was very cold out.

I recently had an emergency with my heater / furnace where I had no heat in my home. My furnace stopped operating and needless to say, we were "freezing". I decided to call R&R heating and air conditioning in Albuquerque to assess what the problem was. I had used them on a prior occasion and was very satisfied. They arrived within a reasonable period of time. The technician they sent was a gentleman by the name of
"CHRIS". He was very sensitive to our need and started working on the furnace immediately. He diagnosed the problem quickly
