Communication is great and the tech, Melissa, has been very friendly and helpful. Having had another pool and pool company, having great communication is huge and is not common. Very happy with cleanings so far which is all we have dealt with since our contract began.

Called 2 times to set up a appointment to have service done on my pool filter. Gave all my information and was told both times that someone would call me back by the end of the day. Still no return call horrible customer service.

I would not recommend The Pool Butler at all! When they do decide to show up they skip over half of the contracted scope they are to perform. In addition they use your chemicals and salt and then have the nerve to charge you for it. My wife and I have requested MULTIPLE times for a supervisor to come out as well as someone to discuss our bill to no avail. We cancelled our service and told them we would not be paying any invoices until our account was corrected. Nobody called and my credit card was charged the FULL amount. Worst customer service ever!
