If there were more stars we would give them. Dermot has been AMAZING to work with. He has help us with our new kitchen, or new bathroom and the area around our fireplace. With his years of experience he makes great suggestions of styles and models, and types of wood and colors. He made sure he took precise measurements, and walked us through where gaps would be and how to efficiently use our space. He wouldn't admit it but he is awesome with the software that he uses, providing us with detail layouts, 3D modeling and even colors to see what might work. When we were ready to place the order, he

Goodlife is just awesome. Working with Dermot (the owner) is a dream -- he has excellent design sense, he is a pleasure to work with, he always comes through, he stays on time and on budget. He knows how to give valuable advice and also how to take himself out of the equation, in just the right ratio. We took our kitchen down to the studs; the project remarkably cheap for what we got. And fast -- about 6 weeks from demolition to being able to cook again. I just can't say enough good things about Dermot and Goodlife.

Goodlife kitchens has the best prices for Kraftmaid cabinets, but not just that, they also have great service. Dermot provided professional advice and helped us layout our kitchen exactly how we wanted. On top of that he was always around for questions and support. He even helped me install parts that my installers couldn't, with no extra charge. After we finished the cabinet installation he recommended a great contractor for doing the backsplash. We're happy we decided to go with him.

Dermot remodeled 2 full baths and a kitchen for us in 2012. We are very OCD and did a lot of research beforehand. We interviewed a wide range of contractors, designers, companies - everything from trendy design firms to Home Depot and Lowe's. Dermot is your go-to for kitchen cabinets, bath cabinets, and and kitchen remodel jobs. Goodlife does it right. He is very budget friendly. How many times have you spoken to a salesperson and instead of pressuring you to buy, they tell you to go check out his competitiors? My dealings with him were honest, and he actually advised me against some cabinet features that others tried to sell me. When I took his advice and went to Home Depot for a quote and went back to him, I was surprised how much I was able to save. I manage a guesthouse for seriously ill children in SF and chose Goodlife Kitchens for our kitchen remodel. We had 6 kitchens that needed new cabinets and counters. Dermot was very helpful picking out quality kitchen cabinets and coordinating the work, so that we only had to close one kitchen at a time.
