My mother first started seeing him about 5 years ago and I would take her to her appointments from time to time but on her last appointment the three of us got to talking about some of the things I was experiencing with my hearing and Dr. Joe insisted on taking me as a new patient to ease my worries of possibly needing hearing aides at 43 with having me do a hearing evaluation. It was our very first visit. The staff was exceptionally nice and very caring. Catie explained all about hearing to us and checked my husbands ears before testing him. Then she reprogrammed his hearing aides to his new hearing needs. Catie is a real sweetheart. So very glad we choose Premier and met Catie. A Great experience!! Oh and it was our 60 wedding anniversary that day. A few hours after getting home a bouquet of beautiful anniversary flowers arrived for us. Thank you Premier Hearing and God bless all you you

Went in for the annual hearing retest, aid cleaning. That went well.
Receptionist was great. Got in at appt time.
The hearing aid specialist, that I go to, is Catie Coyle. She is professional, friendly, and attentive. She is great!
Office is bright and clean. Testing 'booth' is clean and modern.
But, the building is not "user-friendly". They are just a tenant in the building. There is a double set of doors at front and then another door into their suite. Going in, was not the easiest, when using a walker! Going out, the receptionist, provided great assistance with the doors.
