Did an amazing job cleaning my area rug. It was extremely dirty from heavy foot traffic and my dog. My floor also was flooded recently with all the rain we have and my rug had a horrible smell. I will be using this company again in the future.

This carpet company was so professional from the communication, scheduling and most importantly the best job done. We had some major challenges on a stained carpet but the cleaning team was great at meeting them. I would recommend this company to anyone. We will definitely put them on repeat cleaning forever.

Best carpet cleaners we have had. The customer rep responded promptly and gave us a fair price. The cleaners were able to remove stains that had been there forever through many previous cleanings. My carpets look in perfect condition now. I will definitely hire them out again.

We Hired Genesis Carpet & Upholstery to clean a Sofa and Love Seat and clean the Fringe on two area carpets. Today the Sofa and Love seat look like Zebra's. The Fringe was to be bleach white I attempt to brush out the stripes with a soft brush without success, the same for the fringe on the rugs. When we called this morning, all they said this is normal and the stripes will disappear over time. See Photo
