Decks & Porches
We design and build custom decks, covered porches, and screened-in enclosures using premium materials. Our specialists create functional outdoor living areas that enhance property value and withstand Georgia's climate. Projects range from simple wooden decks to elaborate multi-level composite structures with integrated lighting and seating.
Roof Replacement
Our certified technicians install and replace asphalt shingle roofs with Durashingle Pro and Duration Series products. We follow GA building codes for drip edge installation and synthetic underlayment. Services include full tear-off, ice dam protection, and 130-MPH wind warranty systems with patented SureNail technology for superior durability.
Gutter Installation
We provide 5 and 6-inch seamless gutter systems with leaf guard protection. Our installations prevent water damage to foundations while maintaining aesthetic appeal. Features include copper gutters, half-round profiles, and clog-free warranties using maintenance-free Leafree covers that allow debris wash-off naturally.
Fiber-Cement Siding
We install James Hardie fiber-cement siding with ColorPlus technology in Atlanta. Our solutions offer superior durability over wood and vinyl with 30-year non-prorated warranties. Products include HardieZone climate-specific formulations and trim components that resist fire, pests, and weather damage.
Concrete Work
Our concrete specialists construct patios, driveways, retaining walls, and pool decks. We offer stamped and colored concrete options alongside standard gray finishes. Services include foundation work, crawl space construction, and decorative paver installations with full site preparation and grading.

The team added our deck onto our new home. There was a few issues but were quickly resolved. We received text on when they were going show and what time. Highly recommend.

We used Goliath Exteriors for our basement remodel and could not have been happier! From start to finish, Kelly stayed in touch with us daily regarding progress and upcoming plans. We never felt out of touch nor had concerns of details being missed. Additionally, they were very honest, transparent, and provided amazing customer service. They went above and beyond our expectations! The finish product is better than anything we imagined! We would highly recommend Goliath Exteriors, and they will be our only choice for future projects!!

We worked with Goliath to renovate our guest bathroom, and we were very pleased with Goliath's services. We've worked with a few different contracting companies in the past with bad experiences, and so it was very refreshing to have such a smooth and positive experience with them. A couple of reasons we would recommend them:
Fair Pricing: We'd asked a few other companies for estimates which were much higher for the same the work. The pricing from Goliath was very fair and one of the reasons we decided to go with them.
Communication: My main POC at Goliath was Kelly, and I was very appreciative

Great experience working with Goliath Exteriors during the quoting process, service and friendliness while working on my house, and the quality of their work. They did exterior repairs and painted my 1500 sq foot bungalow in Grant Park with lots of trim detail in 3.5 days. Just happened to find them on google and reached out because of positive reviews. The quote was cheaper than another one I received and they used a higher quality paint. Will definitely go back to them when the need arises! Not usually able to say that.

Goliath built our screened-in porch, and they did an outstanding job. The craftsmanship is stunning and the room is absolutely gorgeous. Their team was so professional and wonderful to work with from start to finish. They paid attention to all the little details and the end result looks like a room that could be in a magazine. We are extraordinarily impressed with Goliath and will be using them for future renovation projects in our home.
