Services
Scorpion Control
Our targeted scorpion control programs eliminate food sources, seal entry points, and apply specialized desert-environment treatments. We use Averzion Slick Barrier technology to create physical barriers scorpions cannot climb while implementing monthly service plans to reduce their food supply. This comprehensive approach addresses both immediate infestations and future prevention through foundation sealing and pesticide applications that also enhance effectiveness against spiders and crickets.
Termite Control
We provide thorough termite inspections and industry-leading protection using Sentricon systems that eliminate colonies and protect homes long-term. Our treatments include both chemical barriers and baiting systems that target termites at their source. With regular monitoring and maintenance, we prevent costly structural damage while offering guaranteed protection plans that include follow-up treatments at no additional charge if re-infestation occurs.
Residential Pest Control
Our general pest control services address common household pests like ants, spiders, roaches, and earwigs while offering specialized treatments for Arizona-specific threats. We implement customized treatment plans that include interior and exterior applications, entry point sealing, and seasonal adjustments to maintain year-round protection. All residential services use child- and pet-safe products while maintaining effectiveness against desert pests.
Rodent Removal
We safely remove roof rats, pack rats, and mice using humane exclusion methods combined with strategic baiting and trapping. Our technicians identify and seal entry points while implementing preventive measures like tree trimming and exterior sealing. The service includes cleanup of droppings and contaminated insulation while providing ongoing protection through regular inspections and maintenance treatments.
Weed Control
Our seasonal weed control treatments stop invasive plant growth before it starts using pre-emergent and post-emergent herbicides. We target cracks in hardscapes, garden beds, and lawn borders with eco-friendly applications that prevent new growth while eliminating existing weeds. The program includes regular follow-ups to maintain year-round protection while ensuring safety for families, pets, and landscaping.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Brandon, the technician who removed our mole problem. He is polite, efficient, skillful and completes the job by cleaning up to where you don't realize that the area had an issue. He is my "go to" exterminator person! And far as the company,Crandell Pest Control, it was very easy to book a visit with very fair pricing. I would definitely use again.
