Had our log home washed, resealed, caulked, Bee gone insecticide added and restained. They did a very good job, only minor complaint was they left a couple downspouts loose. Called them and adjusted the bill very satisfied. This is the second time using them, would use them again.

Dont walk run away from this company. Where to begin- first they showed up on a day that I told them they couldnt come due to other contractors working on the house. They do not tape or cover anything. They power washed my house and stripped part of my front door (which I had to complain about to get him to fix). They stripped my deck which I told them not to touch. Tim Cross/owner is not upfront about costs and never would provide a breakdown of costs just one overall quote. The owner cares about one thing and one thing only his profit. Tim Cross even swore at me and told me he personally

This is the second time weve had Pro Wood Care clean/stain our fence, front porch deck & rails. The first time we had to decide on stain. Tom is great to work with, brought us numerous samples to select from. We love what we went with and this year called them back. Jose, Chu & Jason are a great team, personable, easy to work with, updated us on their visits, attentive to detail, answered our questions adequately. Will definitely stay with this company.
