We use nylon rotary brushes to loosen dirt and debris inside the air ducts and mains. The dirt and debris are collected with a high powered, portable, HEPA vacuum system. Furnaces are properly cleaned by thoroughly vacuuming, wiping down, and sanitizing the blower motor and air handler housing. We recommend sanitizing and disinfecting the entire system after being cleaned.

Furnace/Blower Motor Cleaning

With a nylon rotary brush, hand brush and rag with sanitizer we thoroughly clean the wheel handler housing, the blower (Blades), and the motor. The blower is just like any fan if it has never been cleaned or its been a long time the curvature of the blades gets packed with buildup draining the power and efficiency of the whole system, sometimes completely blocking the air flow.

Using a commercial low volume fogger we coat the surface area of the system. We use Envirocon, recommended and approved by the EPA for residential and commercial air ducts. Bio-Cide's EnviroCON product is highly effective in eliminating odor-causing microorganisms as well as those associated with mold, mildew and bacterial growth.
