Urban Infill
Urban Infill Corporation is a full service building contracting company specializing in custom homes. UIC can provide design services for the development of floor plans and elevations for the custom homes it builds. UIC is experienced in building with Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF Construction), wood and block piling houses, and common slab foundation houses.

We will work with you to build a custom home on one of our lots or on one of yours. UIC is also qualified to build multi-family structures, provide land development design and construction, and to provide project management services. Chris Vail is unlike many contractors that I've ever worked with, and as a real estate professional that has worked with him on a number of projects, his approach is refreshing and appreciated.

He is attentive and conscientious of his clients' wants and needs, and will go to great lengths to accommodate them. He is communicative, and has implemented software tools to bring more transparency into the building process - simplifying the selection process for a custom build and allowing clients to see the progress even if they're living afar.

You are now looking at one of Northwest Florida's premier custom home builders, Urban Infill Corporation (UIC). The name may sound strange, but it reflects the actual "infilling" or development/re-development of land in an urban setting. UIC prides itself on quality, detailed home construction at an affordable price.

Our client wanted to build a custom three-car garage using reclaimed Old Chicago brick. We imported the brick and installed it so as to match the main house also constructed using Old Chicago brick. The structure was designed to withstand 140-mph winds and the garage. The Landfall project consisted of building a 3,405 SF home numerous porches and a detached 3-car garage with a separate studio apartment above the garage.
