Seeing all the positive recommendations on Next Door when I moved here helped me choose them and I am very pleased. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We usually go to the Round Rock location but due to scheduling conflicts, they were able to work us in at the Georgetown location instead. I got the same great service I've come to expect and they made sure we had everything we needed.
Deann was great. She took the time to adjust my hearing aids on a Saturday afternoon when she could have gone home! She did a great job of re programing my hearing aids. I would highly recommend her.

Deann has been a licensed hearing instrument specialist since 2011. In 2013 she was certified as an audioprosthologist after completing a one-year training program with the National Hearing Society. She has worked with NewSound since 2015 and trains others to get licensed in the industry. Deann is a native Texan and has lived in Georgetown since 2001.

NewSound Provider Deann Reinshuttle joined the company in 2015. Her passion is to help hearing aid wearers enjoy life to the fullest despite their hearing loss. Patient Services Coordinator Terry Schweitzer also joined the team in 2015 and is happy to guide patients through the hearing aid purchase process.

During this consultation we will look inside your ear using a tiny video camera called a Video Otoscope. This procedure is completely painless.
