Mark came out and replaced my circulation pump. In this day and age, when contractors are difficult to get a hold of Mark did a decent job communicating and getting it done. I had called another company that I typically use for my pool maintenance, and I am still waiting for them to put me on the schedule, so I called Mark and within 2 weeks problem solved. Mark only replaced what needed to be replaced and gave me advice on what else could be in the future . I would definitely use him again to repair my spa.

Mark jumped in where other companies fell off the face of the earth mid-repair. He was extremely responsive, professional and did an exceptional job with the repair. Really appreciated all he did and will use him again. You can't go wrong!!! Call these guys first and save yourself alot of grief with subpar repair companies out there!!

Mark does a great job and is very responsive. His prices are reasonable and he only fixes what needs to be fixed. His response time is fantastic and typically comes out within a day which is terrific when you count on your spa to be working. He has even offered suggestions on other repairs that has saved me hundreds of dollars.

Mark gave me an upfront price, finished the work promptly and politely, had the new pump I needed in stock and the hot tub has never better. I did pay a premium for the service, but it beat the run around I get from other spa repair guys and the long wait to order a pump from ANYWHERE. Thank you, Mark for a job well done.
