Kyle and Brice came by today to install a new pump head that had been on backorder for months, Due to no vault of hot tub doctor (covid back order backlog). To our surprise, we were told there is no charge for the part and installation due to the time it took to get the part. In today's environment, it is heartwarming to find a business with high moral and ethical standards that go above and beyond to take care of their customers even when it's not their vault. Consider us customers for life with standards and employees like this!

I would recommend the Hot Tub Doctor to anyone who is looking to purchase a hot tub or swim spa. Steve, Jarrad, Ashley, and all of the staff are willing to assist with questions at any time. I have purchased 2 swim spas over the years with them and I love it! I also use their monthly cleaning service. It makes it easy to keep my spa sparkling clean and ready to use year round. The staff and service are GREAT!! Give them a call or stop by the showroom.

The whole team at Hot Tub Doctor has been amazing to work with! I knew very little about purchasing a hot tub and Jarrad and Steve were able to answer all my questions plus give me additional details I hadnt even thought of. Very professional, responsive, and knowledgeable! The guys who came out to set up the hot tub were the same! Overall this was a super easy process and excellent customer experience!! I would highly recommend them!
