We had 3 people out and we were getting pushed to replace the AC. Russ was able to fix it without replace 9 different things and get our house back to comfortable when we are both working from home.

What a wonderful professional company! My AC's Reset light kept coming on, and it couldn't cool below 76 degrees. Russ came out, was on time, called before arriving, and got it fixed quickly. No hidden costs. He showed me everything he was doing as he did it, including pics of the more damaged parts of the unit, so I wouldn't have to climb up on the ladder myself. It was really great to find someone willing to come downtown and work on the heat pump (no parking close by, mid-rise building with awkward placement of unit in hard-to-reach area in crawlspace above the bathroom) that

I contacted Jeffries Inc. early Saturday morning after waking up with no heat. Russ and I discussed my issues over the phone and he was able to provide me with a possible fix. Russ showed up to my home and was ready to tackle the job. He communicated the issue with me and we discuss the possible options. Russ was very thorough in his work and took his time. I appreciate that he did a quick check of the entire system and not just the issue. He ran me through a few preventive maintenance options and will be making the call to get that scheduled. Russ came out to evaluate our house for a new furnace and an AC unit. He was very thorough and friendly. He said that at the time, he was busy but would get us an estimate as soon as he could. After 2 weeks of not hearing from him, I called the office and was told that they were just busy and would try to get us the estimate as soon as possible. I have since called the office another 4 times because as I said, he seemed like a really nice guy, came highly recommended, and appeared to be very thorough.
