Scheduling a consultation is a big step toward diagnosing and treating hearing loss. Our Hearing Care Professionals are taking the strictest precautions by limiting interactions to 1 on 1 consultations, increasing the sterilization practices of our equipment and offering remote care and home visit options when available.

Can you hear sounds that just aren't there? Your ears whistle, ring, hum, hiss or throb, apparently without any reason. One in two people experiences noises in their ears at least once in their lifetime, and one in five people develops chronic tinnitus. The problem is that the sounds seem very real to those affected.

If you suddenly hear whistling, whooshing, or buzzing in your ear, the first step is to stay calm. While tinnitus is unpleasant, it's not a symptom of a serious illness. I can't say enough good things about this company, especially the manager, Susie Grafman. My mother had a very hard time making up her mind about her hearing aids and returned them . . . Twice. Susie was not only a fountain of knowledge but also endlessly kind and patient throughout. There was nothing wrong with the hearing aids. They were great. My mother just had difficulty changing and adjusting to a new style, the same way she hates it when I try to get her a better phone, or upgrade her cable TV. As is common to older people, she hates change. Susie really deserves a medal of some kind

Very greatful experience. Went to the Connect Hearing Office in Glendale on Brand with my dad to get his hearing test and his hearing aids checked. Susie Grafman and her assistant are so wonderful and helpful. I recommend these wonderful people and their equipment. Susie does a wonderful job explaining the importance of being able to hear and how it affects us. My 85 year old dad had been having issues with his hearing for the past 3 years and his old hearing aids were not helping out anymore. He got his old pair back in 2007 and they finally gave out this year before going on a long vacation

Customer service is what brings the customer back. Met with Susie Grafman, who is an amazing individual, so very well informed that she educated me on all the products and services. She took the initiative to make all the phone calls to the insurance carrier and resolve everything on the spot. Talk about honest...........other places i had been to were pushing to sell more than what I need, not Susie. She took the time to explain everything and i have never been happier. I am a customer for life.

I was nervous about my hearing exam and didn't know what to expect. Susie Grafman and her amazing Staff members were extremely helpful and professional. All of my questions were answer and I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. Please don't waste your time and call Susie Grafman at Connect Hearing in Glendale.
