We have been using Ferrall's Tree Trimming & Removal for at least the last 10 years at our 20 acre property in St. Johns, Michigan. They perform an outstanding service for our kennel property in testing, fertilizing, trimming and when need be, tree removal. They are expert in all their offerings and you can barely tell they have been there after a removal as they clean the site so well! We highly recommend them for all your "tree needs".

Critical:Responsiveness
We had done business with Ferrals a few times. Wood delivery only. Unfortunately, the wood was hard to burn. Wet. And many times they were very hard to reach. I would call and leave messages but wouldn't receive a response. After many no return calls we have gotten our wood elsewhere

We had Ferrall's cut down an enormous hollow hickory tree, in danger of coming down on our house in a stiff wind. The weather hasn't been the best and we were afraid they wouldn't be able to get it down. They came out anyway and improvised in the muddy ground. We are very happy with their service and quality. We especially love that they are a family run business.
