My American Standard failed so I called Panhandle as they were the installers. Very responsive to investigate and find issues the first time. Only downside was amount of time to receive parts which is really due to supply issues due ti covid.

Panhandle A/C was wonderful to work with. They were quick and efficient to service my HVAC in preparation to list my home for sale. My minisplit needed repairs due to ant intrusion. They checked and found the part needed was covered under warranty. Everyone was professional and great to work with.
