We had a power fluctuation and it destroyed the Contactor in our AC unit. Will came by the next day and got it fixed in no time. We did have to pay a little bit extra since we had it repaired on the weekend and we were also out of Bass' service zone - however I cannot be more happy with the service and friendliness that we received during our repair.
10/10 would recommend to anyone. Jason was my technician. Overall was a very positive experience. He sat there with me and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He was able to diagnose several problems I had with my HVAC and laid out all the options I had about what to do with said problems.
Was very respectable about budget-conscious decisions. 10/10 would let him service me again. We had such a great experience with Bass air conditioning. We originally had a different company come out, and after two seconds they decided they couldn't figure out what was causing our unit to leak. I did some more research and had Bass come out to see if they could figure out the issues.
