Greg, the operator, deserves zero stars for his excellent customer service skills over the phone. They claim 24/7 access for commercial use right on their website, but discriminate against a business that would have multiple users using the rented unit. Look elsewhere if you prefer to support quality people. This was quite a rude phone call when all I'm trying to do is give them my business.

We've stored our motor home at Intown Storage for several years, and couldn't be more pleased. It's clean, secure and well-managed. Rates are very reasonable. Greg, the manager, is always accommodating and professional.
