Derek is very knowledgeable. At a prior service call he provided information that helped me recognize if I needed additional service. Having the continuity of service with him taking this current service call was a bonus. He explains everything so I can understand and takes into account ways to approach servicing the equipment that might be a cost savings, as his first approach.

We have had great experiences in the last two months with Nebraska Home Appliance. Jeff was our technician for our refrigerator in July. He was so kind and is clearly knowledgeable with the ability to communicate the issues and options clearly. He did such a great job that we requested him to be our technician when our dryer needed attention this week.
