I knew exactly what size I wanted, and the staff on both visits gave me options. No one tried to talk me into something larger or more expensive. They discussed the pros and cons of the tubs. When I asked to order one further out so I could have time when the weather was better to get my deck built, they offered to hold it as a display as long as needed. One of the best things was that the price I quoted included a cover and delivery and set up! No added charges. Very nice people.
