Today we have more than 200 employees, a large fleet of dump trucks and a vast assortment of excavation equipment.

Our fleet of heavy iron is ready to work. Projects from $5 to $10 million are not uncommon for us. Wal-Mart, Lowes, Wegman's, Target, and large scale warehouses are just a few of the projects we routinely complete. DHM has the tools to get your job done right, on time, and on budget. Our team of experienced superintendents, foremen, and equipment operators produce higher quality, cost-effective projects.

Slate and slate fill are excavated directly out of the ground and sold as a commodity directly to the public. As with all slate, the size of the pieces do vary. Although at times it may be difficult to accomplish, we do our very best to provide slate that is uniform in size. Our slate has many uses which are usually determined by the type.

All positions require the individual to be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, and be able to pass random drug testing (pre-employment drug testing is required).
