Received our Bull Frog spa today. We are so excited! Jerrod and the guys did delivery and setup in under 2 hours andvweve already enjoyed our first dip! Pene and Chris are fantastic! Best purchase experience ever--no.pressure and they kept us updated along the way.

I'm editing my original 5 star rating. The spa is great, but 4 of the jets froze up quickly. Chris says he believes the manufacturer used different nozzles. Chris told me he would look into it and get the right nozzles, but it's been 3 weeks with no update and no emails. Service after the sale is lacking here.

My wife and I are the proud owners of a new Bullfrog hot tub and can't be any more thrilled regarding our experience with Time Machine in Longview and with Chris Ogden. Chris went out of his way to accommodate us at every step in the process, in spite of a pandemic induced factory slow down that was outside of his control. His installation folks were efficient and did a great job. It can be tough these days to find a company that combines a good product with exceptional customer service. We found those traits in Time Machine and Chris. Appreciate ya!
