A genuinely awful experience. I received a price estimate and scheduled a date for the cleaning. I had a long phone call with the owner of the company conveying that we had family and friends coming to our home the day after his company was slated to clean, i.e., the cleaning and the timing were very important. The owner expressed that he understood all of this and that his team was available and ready. A few days prior, I reconnected with the owner to double check that they were ready to go, at which point he informed me that we had been bumped and he would no longer do the cleaning. I expressed
