Seamless Gutter Installation
Our seamless gutter systems protect homes from water damage by efficiently channeling rainwater away from foundations. Custom-fitted to rooflines using durable materials like aluminum and copper, these systems reduce leaks and maintenance. Ideal for homeowners seeking long-term solutions against basement flooding and landscape erosion in Michigan's variable climate.
Soffit And Fascia Trim
Soffit and fascia installations enhance roofline durability and aesthetics while preventing water intrusion. Our aluminum and uPVC options improve ventilation, resist rot, and complement gutter systems. Perfect for homeowners aiming to upgrade curb appeal and protect against ice dams in colder seasons.
Accent Lighting Installation
LED accent lighting highlights architectural features and improves nighttime safety. Installed beneath eaves and along pathways, our systems include WiFi-enabled controls for customization. Designed for homeowners who want energy-efficient, low-maintenance illumination that boosts property value.
Gutter Cover Installation
Gutter covers prevent debris buildup, reducing clogs and mold risks. We offer Shur Flo and ONE Gutter Guard options tailored to roof pitch and tree coverage. Recommended for homeowners seeking low-maintenance systems that preserve gutter functionality year-round.
Holiday Lighting
Permanent holiday lighting installations feature programmable LED displays for festive curb appeal. Professionally installed to ensure safety and durability, these systems are ideal for homeowners who want to avoid annual setup hassles while maintaining energy efficiency.

At the recommendation of my neighbor, I hired Christiaans Gutters to snow plow my driveway. They were great & did a nice job, including shoveling my front walk! Great communication, texted to let me know that they were on the way.

Christiaan's Gutters has done it again! They've completed two different projects for us over the years, and both were done quickly, and professionally. The gutters did the trick for keeping water out of our basement, and were installed just in time to be tested by a good soaking. The whole house was done in a handful of hours, and the team went above and beyond to even walk us through a couple of spots they noticed on the roof while they were working. If you're getting water in the basement, or where it shouldn't be, I'd highly recommend the Christiaan's Gutters team for the job!
