The inspiration for the name "Blue Ridge Log Works" came from Blue Ridge Mountain, a favorite hiking & camping spot we've enjoyed for years near Grand Lake, Colorado. My good friend and brother-in-law Greg Gardner & I gained valuable experience in handmade custom wood and log furniture construction as we were working for a local log home builder.
