I got 3 different quotes from 3 different HVAC companies for a mini split system and Fusion was slightly more than the least expensive company. I chose to go with Fusion because Ben (the owner) was the most responsive, reliable, gave me a quote in a timely manner and really took pride in the way the unit was installed on the inside and the outside of our home.
I would 110% recommend Fusion. I've just chosen FUSION HEATING, AC & INSULATION company - Virginia Beach (rates as one of Mitsubishi's Elite and Diamond Vendors) come out and install a very nice, quiet, energy efficient Mitsubishi Mini Split (AC/Heat) into my Sunroom this week. This was the best investment I could have carried out!
The entire Fusion staff from the first phone call provided to me that "First Impression" demeanor. Absolutely professional, compassionate and patiently provided all answers to questions without trying to place that salesman pressure that many companies attempt.
