Coldest day of the 24-25 MN winter happened on MLK day. Same day our 23 year old furnace decided to stop working. Called the company that installed the furnace first - they didnt have time for us unless we wanted to wait until after hours emergency at $250 per hour. Called Tom next and he said he could come later in the day. Tom stopped by, gave us a quote for a new furnace and came back the next day to do the install. I figured we would be without heat for multiple days - so grateful for Tom and his efforts to get us back up and running so quickly. Nice guy, quality work. Cant recommend him enough.

Highest recommendation. We are expecting our first child in a few months and had AC/Furnace issues. Tom got back to us right away, came by during his off-hours to troubleshoot and took care of us. He only recommended what he would do himself, only uses quality products (Carrier, etc) and doesnt charge an arm & a leg to do it. Now were set up, with improved function & better air quality for the long haul with our new family. Thank you again, Tom!

Tom came out on short notice last year during the hottest week of the year and got our AC up and running when no one would consider fixing it. He is very nice and knowledgeable and doesnt waste your time, a real no nonsense kind of guy.
