I am a contractor and I order my Windows through window world.. Although there might be a little bit of wait time on your order but it is because everybody is ordering from window world they have the best Windows and they do not only stand by their product you can also stand on top of them.

Weve been trying to set up an appointment for a window replacement quote for several weeks now with these guys and Im really confused about whether they had a change in management or what. We scheduled an appointment that they cancelled 1/2 hour before because their sales person was stuck in Tulsa due to inclement weather. Okshort notice for a flight cancellation when you had a prescheduled appointment, but we let it slide since life happens. Set up a rescheduled appointment and were told 10 minutes before the scheduled time that they needed to reschedule because of an emergency

They were punctual with setting up my quote. They kept me up to date as far as getting the windows in. They helped me finance. The windows came in before expected. I got 11 windows and they were in and out in around 4 hours. I would 100% recommend Window World to anyone looking for high quality windows cheap!
