My A/C was making a big noise inside & outside unit. It was no longer cooling. I did some research on line & Ponds Heating & Cooling sounded like what I needed so that's who I called that morning. Spoke with the receptionist & explained what was going on. She told me she would send someone out & they would call me on the way. Ted called & arrived right on time. He was polite & knowledgeable. He told me I had a bad Blower Motor & he took care of that. I told him I want 6 month maintenance with Ponds so he checked to make sure everything was good. I appreciate doing business with people like this
