Came out on a pump noise and fixed the same day. Called ahead with equipment information and they were able to give me a ballpark estimate of repair cost and stayed true to the estimate upon repair. Thanks for keeping us running this summer!

We hired them to open our pool since my husband and I were not able to due to health reasons. They sent out 2 kids, and the pool looked as dirty when they left, as when they arrived. We had to pay someone else to come back and clean the pool.

Superior pools just completed our pool project. We could not be happier. Everything turned out exactly as we talked about. Communication thru out the entire process was top notch. Everyone they had working on this project were very professional. Danny was my main point of contact and he made sure the process was a smooth as possible. I would recommend Superior Pools to anyone looking for a little backyard upgrade.

Im so impressed with Superior Pools Inc. they did a phenomenal job from start to finish. What I appreciated most about their company was the communication. They were upfront about costs, any possible hidden costs that may happen and the time frame in which the pool would be complete. Their crew worked HARD and definitely know what they are doing! If we ever any questions or if we needed anything fixed (ex: a subcontractor accidentally got cement on our window and they immediately came to clean that up for us) they were very quick to answer/remedy it. The owners (3 Brothers) were courteous

Our friends had a in ground pool installed by Superior Pools. Based on their recommendation, we contacted Danny and he came to our residence on May 29th. He stated he would provide a bid to us by that evening and left the liner sample book. My wife messaged him on June 1st asking him if he had a chance to work up with bid . No response. Messaged again on June 4th. No response. Final message was sent on June 12th asking if he needed to pick up the liner sample book. No response. Very disappointed that Danny would not have the courtesy to reply. Is this how you conduct business. Would not recommend

Superior Pools is amazing. These people really believe in customer service. They cleaned up every night and put my fence back up so the dogs wouldnt get out. Since they had to access my neighbors property for moving dirt and pouring concrete, they were very respectful of his property also. They always kept me informed on the progress of the pool and they never left me wondering when they coming back for the next step. All the crew members were pleasant and addressed all my questions. These crews work fast and didnt drag this project out. The pool was completed within a couple of weeks
