This has been a great company to work with. Derek is truly an honest and genuine guy and I cant say enough nice things about him! He helped us through the whole process and was just a text or phone call away if we needed anything. Very flexible and accommodating. Every person in the company we had contact with was very nice, professional and helpful. They turned our house that looked down right miserable into an absolutely gorgeous house! I highly recommend Gut-R-Dun!

Asked for an estimate a week ago, never received a call until I called them. At that time the woman told me she wants to make sure the estimate is correct and will get with her leader to check it. 3 days go by and no other calls, I call again and they stated once again they needed more time. I give up on this place, which is a shame the job I needed done was a 2k-3k job..better off going somewhere else. Also, please dont call me back to make it right, its too late.

Had to call several times to inquire if the sales rep had ever made it to my house to provide a quote. He never did (missed at least 2 appointments), and I still havent received a call back. I guess they dont need my business that much, even though I was more than ready to hire them. Instead, I hired another company that provided prompt reply and scheduled quickly.

This is an amazing company. They were very responsive, flexible and excellent communicators. They even highlighted issues for us and were upfront and non nonsense with pricing. They went out of their way and our kiddos even loved having them around. All in all a great team. If you want gutter work done right then this is your company!
