I'm a huge fan of Carolan Contractors and have recommended their work to many neighbors. I am EXTREMELY particular about work done on my house as I'm restoring a 1917 Craftsman house as authentically as possible. The Eds (both Sr and Jr) were very sympathetic and supportive; they never grew frustrated with my requests to return to the drawing board. I hired them for 3 separate rounds of work. Here are the projects Carolan Contractors have done to perfection:
1. A new roof down to the rafters. Ed was willing to work with many roof product lines so I could get a color I really liked

We used Carolan Contractors to upgrade the outside of our colonial style home in Parsippany. CertainTeed Cedar Impressions Siding, CertainTeed Landmark Pro Roofing, 6" Gutters & Oversized Downspouts, ProVia Endure Windows, Round 8" Columns, and numerous architectural enhancements. All went well and the quality was very good. There were no overcharges and I am happy we chose Ed to perform this complex job.

Ed and his crew did an outstanding job. I had them do my roof and then windows, siding and doors. Any issue I thought needed to be addressed they took care of right away. Completed on time and no overrun on cost. Very good work and materials used.
