Horrible. Windows are shotty. Plastic was stuck in the frame. Frames were not right. They can't read plans, gave a a $3k french door with the wrong throat size and never responded to me. Save your money. Home Depot is cheaper and better quality.
Edit- yes, the door was supposed to be a six inch frame. That is what was discussed at the shop. The quote did not show frame throat size either way. We assumed, and yes wrongly, the the size discussed was the size we would get. And again, no response until now. Obviously the shotty work is the customer burden. Something to consider.

I had gone to this company on a Friday looking for a window trim piece. It was recommended to me by a contractor that completed a job at my home. He stated that I could find the window trim piece I was looking for at Martinellis Home Improvements. I arrived about 15 min before closing. As I arrived I noticed that an employee or owner was closing the gate to the entrance of the business. It was apparent he was closing early. I had an example of the piece of the trim I was looking for so I quickly parked and got out of my vehicle to ask the man if they sold the piece. I had it in my mind that
