So glad we found Direct Protection. Great service and great product from someone who lives in our community. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for security for either their home or business. Ryan took the time to talk with us about the pros and cons of different alarm systems. He didn't try to upsell us, he just walked us through all of our options. Our experience with Ryan Sharp was outstanding. We could not have asked for a better person to install our new security system. He was friendly, thorough with telling us how the system will operate and precise in getting it installed. In addition he answered all of our questions and made sure we were comfortable with the operation of the system. I would recommend Ryan to anyone who is interested in getting a security system.
