I contacted Lindbloms Professional Carpet Cleaning and was pleased to have the owner Mark answer. I explained what I hoped to have done and we discussed expectations vs results. Mark understood exactly what I needed and explained the possible options and results. He checked the type of rugs and their composition to decide best cleaning process. Mark took the time to do a small job for me that no other company would do. He was so professional and courteous. He was able to get cat hair and urine out of my carpet that was left by the previous owner of our new home. I am so relieved and excited to have fresh clean carpet. I would hands down recommend Mark to anyone!
