Our new floor looks wonderful. The whole process of working with The Floor Store was a pleasure. Milad was happy to talk with us about options and made sure to address all of our concerns before we decided on the flooring we wanted to use. The installers were easy to communicate with, arrived according to schedule, and even spent the extra time to even out the base before installing the floor. I would definitely trust this company with future flooring projects.

We were so pleased with our purchase and so glad we chose The Floor Store. Milad was wonderful to work with and gave us great advice in purchasing our carpet. It arrived quickly, and his installation team was efficient, courteous and professional. Both the product and the service were outstanding. We will definitely use The Floor Store again !!

I am delighted with my new flooring. The store owner, Milad, helped me pick out something that worked great. He is reliable, hard working, efficient, and honest. The installers, Mace and Tommy, were also amazing. They worked so hard every day, and got the job done quickly and done right. They were very accommodating to my family and pets and worked around my furniture with a lot of patience. After a bad experience with a big box store whose contractor never followed through, I am so glad I found a local, caring, vendor. I recommend The Floor Store highly. Five stars to everyone involved, the selection

I was highly impressed by the job done by The Floor Store. To start, the owner Milad was very available and helpful in answering all questions (to boot, I respect that he answered the phone himself says a lot that he takes ownership). He directed us to a good product that matched our other wood flooring. Being able to take samples to the house was incredibly useful as well. The installer Mace was responsive and prompt. He started when he said he would start and finished when he said he would. He also gave a lot of good advice and suggestions for maintaining the flooring. (Kudos for working

The Floor Store at Thornebrook made our transition from New Jersey to Florida a wonderful experience. It's products are top-quality, its salesmanship friendly , patient, and low key, and its owner Milad Meftah, a truly nice person. Installation was beautifully done. We can't stop admiring both the beautiful oak and tile we selected and the way it fit so well into our new home. Also, Milad was so accommodating. The flooring came in earlier than expected (unusual these days) and we were not ready to have it installed. It was warehoused for us for several months without complaint or concern. The Floor
