Charles Earl is a licensed landscape architect with more than 15 years of professional experience and a passion for design. Throughout his career he has worked with a broad range of clients and project settings including residential, corporate, higher education campuses, urban design, and international design competitions.
Charles grew up on the Connecticut shoreline and began his career designing and managing residential projects at a design-build practice in Fairfield County, Connecticut. He then joined a multidisciplinary design firm in Atlanta, Georgia and spent 10 years in Atlanta before salt waters drew him back.Charles and his family reside in Middletown, Rhode Island.

Designed by ZeroEnergy Design, this seaside modern residence enjoys expansive views of Mount Hope Bay. In collaboration with the homeowners, their landscape was transformed into a dynamic outdoor entertainment space. The main features include an inground pool and outdoor firepit area. Utilizing a variety of coastal perennials, the plantings provide color throughout the spring, summer and fall.
